This site is devoted to my favorite animal, fish,and friend, betta splendens or the siamese fighting fish
I live in Connecticut and breed and raise bettas. I first started out with a male to put in a small tank I had.I got the "betta bug".Many people say they have this and I guess I did as well. I went to petstores getting more and more. Perfection, my first male had started this and he probably is still laughing at me today and saying he has made me into a betta holic. He was presented to females of all kinds. The first was very stubborn and did not do. The second was tried but perfection is now too old to breed, he was tired from flaring once at a pretty girl. Well he is still today in his castle swimming and guarding plants for me that grow in his betta home. He will always remain my favorite betta of all time. Now I have more stock and I breed them as well. I got much of my stock from a breeder in Oregon. I hope you enjoy my website and the enjoyment of having bettas as pets.

I would like to hear your comments.I know alot of people say they cant get good stock.Many times breeders sell out of their stock or price way too high. I do not do either of those and raise lots of good quality stock at fair and reasonable prices.
I devote alot of time to my family, pets and website. Other interests I have include music, other fish, swimming and alot of other things I cant think of right now.
